TThe Alcee Fortier Annual All-Class Picnic is a cherished tradition we’re proud to continue. We’re excited to announce we are back in the Quad at our old stomping grounds, Alcee Fortier.

All classes and alumni are invited!

Registration links for individuals, groups, and classes—along with pricing and budget details—will be shared soon.

This year includes exciting updates focused on uniformity, entertainment, and camaraderie.

Class Picnic Registration Options

To help us plan a smooth, fun, and organized Alumni Picnic, please review the registration options below and select the one that best fits you or your group.

Registering as a Class (20 or More People)

This option is for full classes or combined classes with 20 or more participants.

  • Registration must be completed by a Class President or Class Representative
    (You do not have to be the official president — any designated representative for the class may register.)
     
  • Each registered class or combined class will be provided with:
     
    • ✅ One tent
       
    • ✅ One table
       
  • Tents and tables are included in the picnic budget and will be set up upon arrival.
     
  • No outside tents are allowed.

Registering as a Group (6–19 People)

This option is for alumni attending together in smaller groups.

  • Groups must have one representative complete the registration.
     
  • Groups will be assigned to a tent with table access.
     
  • Tents and tables are included in the picnic budget and will be set up upon arrival.
     
  • No outside tents are allowed.

Individual Registration

This option is for alumni attending on their own.

  • Individuals may choose to:
     
    • Join another class or group (with their permission), or
       
    • Be placed in a tent designated for individual picnic attendees.
       
  • All individual picnic areas will include:
     
    • ✅ Tent coverage
       
    • ✅ Table access
       
  • Tents and tables are included in the picnic budget and will be set up upon arrival.
     
  • No outside tents are allowed.

Cooking & Food Vendor Policy (Important)

For safety and space management:

  • Anyone cooking on site MUST be registered.
     
  • Unregistered cooks or vendors will not be allowed on the premises.
     
  • All cooks and food vendors will be assigned:
     
    • 🔥 A designated cooking area
       
    • 🚗 A designated parking area

Parking for Class Representatives

All Class Presidents and Class Representatives will receive designated parking spots for easier setup and coordination on the day of the event.
